I was the only person in QA Purchased Parts (TQK) when I was just transferred from VWATD to VWAC. After six months, TQK is becoming a diversified team with the support of my manager and HR colleagues. We are composed of skilled experts and fresh university graduates. We have veterans who are familiar with VW processes and new comers who have joined with wide experience. We have Hefei natives and people from other cities. We have young mothers as well as unmarried girls. We respect individual differences and create a speak-up atmosphere where every teammate can freely speak out their mind and their ideas will be taken seriously. Each of us practices diversity, and our team will keep dynamic and improving.
